Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY:
We offer FREE domestic shipping for orders $35 and up. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground mail with tracking. We also offer shipping via FedEx, USPS Priority and UPS for an extra fee. We will upgrade your shipping method to USPS Priority mail, if your Decant(s) order total exceeds $200 before any applicable taxes or Full Bottle order total exceeds $300 total before any applicable taxes.
We offer international shipping at customer's expense. Please be aware before placing your international order that we do not collect any customs duties, fees or taxes during the check-out and the customer will be responsible for paying them at the destination customs or postal office if any are due.
We pride ourselves on shipping your order as fast as possible, usually within two business days. Please note that holidays, custom orders and sales events may result in longer shipping times. Despite our best efforts we occasionally experience delays with USPS and other mail carriers due to circumstances which are out of our control.
We guarantee 100% authenticity of all products we carry on our website.
All decant perfumes are taken from genuine, authentic manufacturers’ bottles and decanted by hand into a glass decant bottle with the screw on sprayer top and lid in extremely sterile conditions. All our perfumes are stored in dark, dry, and hygienic conditions.
We take multiple safety measures while decanting and we only use sterile glass atomizers.
We are not responsible for lost packages that are marked “Delivered”. We are not responsible for delays in the shipment of your order, if the billing/shipping information is not correct or if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address. The package is considered "late" at 16th day after the shipment date of USA order and 36th day of the International order. At this point we will work with the courier company to locate a package and as a result, will issue refund or reship the order if the courier cannot locate and deliver the package within 7 days.
You will receive 2ml, 3ml, 5ml, or 10ml in a glass spray atomizer with a printed label. Perfume decants are measured and you will receive the exact volume that you ordered. Please understand the volume of 2ml, 3ml, 5ml, and 10ml of liquid before placing your order. Some of the atomizers can fill in more liquid than the amount you purchase, so they might not be 100% full, but you will receive the exact amount or slightly more than you ordered. Atomizers that you receive might differ from the pictures, but always of the same or better quality.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
ALL DECANT / SAMPLE / TESTER SALES are FINAL and we DO NOT accept returns due to the fact that they are made to order and for hygienic reasons as well.
We DO NOT offer sniff and return type of service. Please be mindful of this policy before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost packages that are marked “Delivered”.

We ask that you please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us within 2 days of the date on which the parcel is marked "delivered" by the carrier, if there is a problem. If the decant has broken or leaked, please snap a photo of the damaged item together with all the packaging materials including the envelope and shipping label, and email the photo and the order number with a note stating the issue.
Upon receipt of the photo(s), we will send a replacement package for the damaged items free of charge.
PERFUMES SOLD AS TESTERS, UNSEALED OR UNBOXED AS DISCLOSED IN THE ORIGINAL LISTING ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. PERFUMES IN ORIGINAL BOTTLES AND SEALED PACKAGING can be returned within one week from the delivery date for a store credit (product price less the original shipping fee and 10% restocking fee) if the item is not unsealed, opened or used, and if it is in its original condition. Please note that each batch code is recorded and pictured before shipment. If the return item’s batch code does not match the original order, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued. The client is responsible for return shipment and the item must be returned in original, unopened, undamaged condition. The client is required to provide a tracking number so that we can track and verify the receipt. We will reject any return that is unsealed, opened, used, not in original condition or damaged during transportation. If deemed eligible, refunds shall be processed by ScentBee within five (5) business days. The actual time for the refunded amount to be credited to the Buyer’s account may vary and is subject to the processing timelines of the Buyer’s financial institution.
Sample first! Our goal is to assist you in your fragrance journey and we are merely giving you the opportunity to try a fragrance before purchasing a full bottle that might not meet your expectations. We believe fragrances are a very personal experience and they all develop differently on one’s skin. It is completely normal not to like a fragrance sample. You might even hate it. But it will still fulfill the purpose of our service so that you do not need to blind buy and waste your hard-earned, valuable resources.
